Western Massachusetts Post 9/11 and Service Dog Memorial Park

The City of Chicopee, through collaboration between its Veterans Services Office, Department of Planning & Development, and Department of Parks & Recreation, is excited to update the public on the design progress and seek public comment on concept plans for the future Western Massachusetts Post 9/11 and Service Dog Memorial Park.

For health and safety reasons, the Public Presentation to review the updated design concepts has been pre-recorded and is available to view on the City’s websites, social media pages, and ChicopeeTV’s Vimeo page. The City looks forward to hearing your feedback on the design concepts so the project can move into the next stages of the design and development of the park.
