New Employees

The Information Technology Department requests a two week notice prior to a new employee's first day.

Required information is considered but not limited to:
  • Employee's First and Last name
  • Employee's ID number
  • Department and Job Title
  • Is new equipment required to be purchased or is existing equipment sufficient
  • Software requirements
  • Email requirements
  • Website access
  • Systems access
  • Munis Permissions
  • Desk phone requirements
  • Mobile phone requirements
  • Shared network drive access
