September 19, 2018 - Rental Property Training

Based upon participant feedback from the City's Spring 2018 Rental Property training's, the City of Chicopee's Office of Community Development is hosting an in-dept trainings on Habitability, Code Compliance, and Lead Hazards.

The first session will be held on Tuesday, October 2nd from 6-8PM, at the Munich Haus, 13 Center Street Chicopee. The second session will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 16th at the Munich Haus from 6-8PM.  The training for the second session will be on Fair Housing, Marketing and Tenant Selection.  The property is fully accessible.

The training is free to Chicopee residents and owners of Rental property in the City.  To register, call the Office of Community Development at 413-594-1490 or email to klingenberg@chicopeema.gov.
